• BNB, USDT, XRP, Doge, ADA, etc.: Usually processed within 1 - 30 minutes.

3. Common Reasons for Delayed Withdrawal Arrival

1. Block Not Confirmed: The transaction has been broadcasted and is awaiting confirmation on the blockchain. The confirmation time depends on network congestion. If the funds are not received after confirmation, please contact the recipient platform's support.
2. Assets Not Yet Sent: A status of "Processing" or "Pending" means the transaction is in the platform's processing queue. The system processes transactions automatically in order. Please wait patiently.
3. Incorrect Memo/Tag:
   • First, check on the recipient platform's deposit page whether a Memo/Tag is required.
   • If required, ensure it is filled in correctly during withdrawal.
   • If the recipient platform explicitly states it is NOT needed, you may enter any 6 digits (e.g., 123456) in the Memo/Tag field on WHXEX's withdrawal page.
   • When in doubt, always contact the recipient platform's support for confirmation.

4. Final Checklist Before Proceeding

• Network Compatibility: Ensure the withdrawal network exactly matchesthe network of the receiving address.
• Address Accuracy: Double-check the deposit and withdrawal addresses carefully. Transactions on a blockchain are irreversible; sending to a wrong address will lead to permanent loss.
