Please see our policy below:Scenario 1: Deposit to an Unsupported Network, but Correct Address (Platform's Wallet)If the deposit is sent to one of our platform wallet addresses on an incorrect/unsupported blockchain, recovery of the assets may be technically possible. However, a service fee of 50 USDTwill be charged for the manual and technical efforts involved.Scenario 2: Deposit to a Non-Platform Wallet AddressIf assets are sent to a wallet address not controlled by our platform, they will be permanently irrecoverable.Critical Reminder:Always double-check that the tokenand blockchain networkyou are using for the deposit exactly match the options specified by our system.
