• Forgot or Need to Recover Your Password?If you have forgotten your Funds Password, you must use Google Authenticator (2FA)to recover it.
• How to Change Your Funds Password:
  1. Ensure you are logged into your account.
  2. Navigate to your User Center.
  3. Click on C2C Settings.
  4. Next to the "Funds Password" option, click the Changebutton.
• Important Security Notice:Withdrawals will be disabled for 48 hours after successfully changing your Funds Password.This is a critical security cooldown period.
